Care guide

Guaranteed for Enduring Brilliance

Your REZAYÉ creation is designed to last generations, rooted in the philosophy of enduring value and integrity. By adopting simple, conscious care routines, you will preserve the unburdened brilliance of your ethically grown diamonds and the purity of the precious metal.

1. Daily and Preventive Care (Conscious Wearing)
Avoid Contact: Remove your jewelry before contact with aggressive chemicals. This includes household cleaning agents, chlorine, and, whenever possible, direct application of perfumes, lotions, or hairspray. Allow these products to fully absorb before wearing your pieces.

Rough Activities: Take off rings and bracelets before engaging in strenuous tasks (sports, gardening, heavy lifting). While our settings are sturdy, a hard knock can impact the metal and potentially loosen the diamonds.

Water: While diamonds and gold are water-resistant, prolonged exposure to soap residue or salt water can leave a dull film on the stones and metal.

2. At-Home Cleaning (Refresh the Brilliance)
Over time, oils and dust compromise the fire of your diamonds. Regular cleaning is the key to maintaining their sparkle.

You will need: Mild dish soap, warm water, and a very soft toothbrush.

Prepare the Bath: Fill a small bowl with warm (not hot) water and add a few drops of mild, pH-neutral dish soap.

Soak: Allow your jewelry to soak in the solution for 20 to 40 minutes. This helps loosen accumulated oils and grime.

Gentle Brushing: Use the soft toothbrush to gently brush the diamond. Pay extra attention to the back of the stone, where most dirt collects and blocks light entry.

Rinsing and Drying: Rinse the jewelry under clean, warm running water. Then, gently dry it with a lint-free cloth or a microfiber towel. Avoid paper towels, as they may cause scratching.

3. Storage and Protection
The hardness of a diamond is the biggest threat to your other jewelry.

Separate Storage: Store each REZAYÉ piece separately from other jewelry. Use the original box, a soft fabric pouch, or a jewelry box with padded compartments.

Chains: Fasten necklaces and bracelets before storage to prevent tangling and knotting.
