Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, counting from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in perfect, unworn, original condition, including all original luxury packaging and certification documents. The original tamper-evident security tag or seal must remain intact; returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the seal has been removed or broken.
Which items are excluded from returns or exchanges?
Due to their permanent or personalized nature, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Engraved pieces
- Custom-designed jewelry / bespoke orders
- Any item altered or manufactured specifically upon request (e.g. resizing, custom metal, custom engraving)
How to initiate a return or exchange
Please contact our Customer Care team via email to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and receive detailed return instructions. Returns sent without a valid RAN cannot be processed.
Gifts
If you received a REZAYÉ item as a gift, you are eligible to return or exchange it — provided the item meets all return conditions (unworn, sealed, original packaging, certification). For refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original purchaser's payment method. For exchanges, if the new item is less expensive, the difference will be refunded; if more expensive, the recipient must cover the price difference.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or non-Conforming goods
In accordance with EU consumer law, if a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not conform to its description, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of our standard return policy. We also provide at least a two-year legal guarantee on such goods. When contacting us, please include photos and a description of the defect so we can assist you promptly.

We recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is completed.
