We understand that changes may be necessary. For standard jewelry pieces, cancellations or modifications are typically possible within 48 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet entered the production phase. However, for bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order items (including specific sizing, metal variations, or engraving), our commitment to craftsmanship begins immediately. Modifications for these items are only possible within a very limited window (typically 24 hours). Please contact our customer care team immediately for any change requests.
What creations can be ordered through REZAYÉ?
All jewelry pieces displayed in our online boutique—including our core collections, limited edition designs, and bespoke services—are available for purchase. If a piece is temporarily out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Are REZAYÉ creations delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes, transparency is paramount. For all diamonds 0.5 carats and larger, your REZAYÉ creation is delivered with its individual grading certificate from an independent international institute (such as IGI or GIA), confirming its quality and characteristics. For diamonds under 0.5 carats, you will receive a comprehensive Certificate of Authenticity directly from REZAYÉ, guaranteeing the quality and ethical origin of the stone.
Can I add a personal gift message to my order?
Yes. We offer complimentary luxury gift packaging and the option to include a personalized message card with your order. You can input your message during the checkout process.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer complimentary, secure standard shipping on all orders globally. Expedited insured shipping is also available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by piece and destination: Standard Items: 7–14 business days. Made-to-Order/Bespoke: 4–6 weeks.
Are there extended delivery times for certain products?
Yes. All pieces that require specific crafting upon order—including personalized items, rings sized outside of the standard range, or bespoke creations—will have an extended delivery timeline (typically 4–6 weeks). The exact timeline is confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Where does REZAYÉ deliver?
We provide secure, fully insured international shipping to most countries globally. During the checkout process, you can confirm if we ship to your specific location. Due to security restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
What type of packaging will my order arrive in?
Your REZAYÉ creation will arrive in our signature luxury presentation packaging, which includes the jewelry box, Certificate of Authenticity (or IGI/GIA report), and a protective outer shipping box. The outer packaging is discreet for security purposes.
Which delivery address can I use
For security, we recommend using an address where an adult is available to receive and sign for the package upon delivery. For first-time customers, we may require verification for shipping to an address different from the billing address.
If I purchase multiple items, can they be shipped to different addresses?
For security and tracking purposes, we require a separate order for each unique shipping address. If you wish to send items to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each destination.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Our pieces are dispatched from our secure logistics centers and ateliers (primarily located in Europe and the UAE). The exact origin depends on the piece ordered and is chosen to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is REZAYÉ's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, effective from the date of delivery. To qualify, the item must be returned in perfect, unworn, original condition, including all original luxury packaging and certification documents. Please note: The item must also have its original tamper-evident security tag or seal intact; returns cannot be accepted if the seal has been removed or broken.
Are there any exclusions to the return policy?
Yes. Due to their permanent and personalized nature, items that have been engraved, custom-designed, or otherwise altered upon request are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our Customer Care team via email to receive a mandatory Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for securely shipping your item back to our atelier. Returns sent without a RAN cannot be processed.
Can I return or exchange an item that I received as a gift?
Yes, you may choose to return or exchange an item that was purchased for you through our e-Boutique, provided it meets all return criteria (unworn, sealed, etc.). Please note: For a return resulting in a refund, the amount due will be automatically credited back to the original purchaser's payment method. For an exchange, if the new item is less expensive, the difference will also be refunded to the original purchaser. If the new item is more expensive, the recipient must pay the difference.
