Two-Year Manufacturing Warranty
We offer a comprehensive two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on all REZAYÉ fine jewelry pieces, effective from the date of purchase.

What is Covered? (Manufacturing Defects)
This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship that occur without evidence of trauma or misuse. This specifically includes:

Structural Integrity: Defects in the metalwork (e.g., porosity, metal cracking).

Faulty Setting Work: When a stone falls out due to a confirmed structural flaw in the setting or prongs (and not due to impact).

Functional Defects: Defects in the functionality of clasps, hinges, or closures.

What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, trauma, or typical aging. This includes, but is not limited to:

Normal wear and tear: General scratching, fading or discoloration of the metal finish, or wear on prongs acquired over time.

Accidental damage: Lost, cracked, or chipped diamonds or gemstones resulting from impact or trauma (as indicated by microscopic examination).

Improper care: Damage caused by chemicals (e.g., chlorine, household cleaning products, mercury) or improper storage (as detailed in the Care Guide).

Alterations: Repairs, resizing, or any alterations performed by a jeweler other than REZAYÉ. Any third-party work immediately voids the warranty.

Making a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team and provide the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). The piece will be thoroughly inspected by our master artisans to determine if the damage falls under a manufacturing defect.
