REZAYÉ proudly ships worldwide. We work exclusively with trusted international logistics partners to ensure that every order is delivered safely, securely, and on time. All shipments are fully insured until the moment of delivery.
Our shipping partners
Depending on your location, we ship using the following leading global carriers:
- DHL Express
- FedEx International
- UPS Worldwide
- Aramex (primarily for Middle East regions)
- Local premium couriers for select destinations
All carriers are selected based on reliability, speed, and international reputation.
Processing times
Most REZAYÉ pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order. Standard production times:
- In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order jewelry: 7–21 business days (depending on complexity)
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on region and carrier, but as a guideline:
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Middle East: 1–5 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 4–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–12 business days
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or local import processes.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, REZAYÉ may offer complimentary international shipping during promotional periods.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs processing may delay delivery, but our carriers work to clear shipments as quickly as possible.
Tracking & insurance
All shipments include full tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it is delivered and signed for at your address.
Delivery requirements
For security reasons, all REZAYÉ deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or unmanned parcel lockers.
Missed deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will normally try again or leave instructions for rescheduling or local pickup. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us; in this case, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
